Cameron Maly is an online Fitness Coach. Cameron has been a multi-sport athlete his entire life; including soccer, baseball, basketball and football. After starting as running back his freshman year at the college level, he decided to hang up the cleats to focus on his passion for fitness. Cameron holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse. His goal is to make you realize the significant value of fitness to not only your overall physical well-being, but your mental health as well.
